Free Chapel Production exist to support our leadership and creative teams as they share the the message of Jesus. Our mission is to use technology as a vehicle for for creative experiences which help inspire and influence our audiences inside our auditoriums and around the world.

OPPORTUNITIES

VIDEO DIRECTING

The video director is preeminently in charge of all visual content being presented to the congregation. This position is one of the more creative positions in live production; however, it requires stylistic understanding and discernment to what is acceptable and what is not in different moments as the primary goal for the production team as a whole is to eliminate distractions.

Lyrics

Should be able to run the lyrics on the video slides
Should be able to quickly identify the songs and prepare the lyrics.
Should able to time the songs
Adapt to quick changes and proactively interact with the production coordinators to get the information for lyrics.

CAMERA OPERATION

A camera operator is a vessel for the sharing the gospel. Thousands of people around the world rely on the individuals who run camera for a clear presentation of the events and material being shared live in the sanctuary. This position requires attention to detail, communication, promptness, teachability, and flexibility.

Assistant Engineer

Help Engineer with getting the equipment ready for service.
Test the equipment and prepare SOPs for each service and get engineer to approve. Should be familiar with different AV systems that are established to run a successful service. Cover for engineer in time of need.

Graphics operation

Graphics operators assist the video director by providing he or she with the necessary graphics, lyrics, and videos to clearly communicate with the congregation. This position requires focus, attention to detail, and flexibility.

Engineer

Systems engineering is the glue that holds the production department together. The engineers are those who ensure that all the equipment that makes service happen is operational. This requires an advanced knowledge of several different types of technologies. This is a high pressure position but it is a crucial role in the production department.

Innovation requires collaboration and exploration. This is a place where all discussions, education, and devotions for the Free Chapel Production Team will be posted and available for all volunteers, staff, and contractors.
